Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. By registering, you create your personal account to create, edit and manage your active and inactive listings at A Classified Marketplace. But don't worry, registration for A Classified Marketplace is absolutely FREE!

You need to make sure that you activated your listing. Go to My Account and click on Run to the left of the inactive listing you wish to run. In addition, you can view our movie on our the homepage of our site for help with creating, activating, editing and managing your listings.

• Please have a look in the email account that you used to register for your free account in the "Bulk" or "Junk" email section. You may have your email account configured to pass our emails to your junk folder.
• Go to your account and click in the upper right hand corner of the page on the "Update Profile" link. From there, check to make sure that your listed email is correct in your online account records.

Yes. You can search and browse ads without registration on the site, but in order to create your own personalized ad, you must have an active registration on the site. This provides you with your own account and the ability to create, edit and manage listings over time. Click here to register!

Stopping an active ad from running is easy for all of our valued users. 

From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the active listing.

Alternatively, you can also choose to delete a listing completely by clicking on "Delete" next to your active listing. Please be advised that this function will completely delete your listing from your account, requiring you to recreate the listing in the future from scratch.

Either option will take your listing down from active posting on our marketplace.

Editing your active listing is easy & quick with our free classified system. 

First, navigate to your account, next, click "Edit" next to the active listing's title within your account.

This will automatically direct you to the details of the listing itself that you setup during your initial free listing creation, where you can easily change listing information, add pictures and much more!

Once you have made the appropriate edits, make sure you submit the changes by clicking "Save Changes" to the existing ad before navigating off the screen. 

If you are receiving replies to your postings that do not seem to be coming from the most reliable sources, and suspect that your listings may be generating spam, please report the listing and reply to our help department at info@aclassifiedmarketplace.com.

Once you have completed the posting of your Free Ad on A Classified Marketplace, locating your ad is a simple process.

Here are three quick ways you can find your ad:

• If you took note of which category you chose to post your ad in, you can easily find your listing again by navigating to that category off of our homepage.

• If you have no idea where you posted your ad, simply navigate to your account, by clicking the "My Account" button on the top menu bar of our website. Once in your account, you can manage your active listings, or view them in their active state by clicking on the Ad title.

• Alternatively, you can also find any posting by using our user-friendly search function to find ads based off of keyword, location or category.

You can have all your personal information remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page.

When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.

1. During Buying and Selling of items on our Marketplace, please deal directly with local listings. Schedule meetings in public area when possible and make sure that all exchanges take place in person to minimize miscommunication or fraud.
   
2. Absolutely NEVER wire or send money to buyers or seller found on the marketplace. Watch out for red flags when dealing with interested parties which could include but are not limited to users asking for payments up-front, "overpayments", or other scam-like activities.
3. Never give our personal information or banking information to other users on the marketplace or over the internet for that matter.
   
4. Use the "Report this Listing" button at the top of every listing to report any scam-like, suspicious or otherwise questionable listings that you may come across at A Classified Marketplace. This helps all of us maintain a better, more community oriented market for all users to enjoy and share.
   
5. Please Note that A Classified Marketplace Inc and its subsidiaries does not offer any type of buyer or seller protection for listings encountered on our websites. You use this website at your own risk and are responsible for any and all dealings that you have with other registered users on the website. 
6. Please be smart and use common sense when dealing with strangers on any public community classified websites such as this. If a listing looks and feels like a possible scam, please report it immediately to help make the public listings better for all those involved.
   

Additionally, we do provide listing subscriptions for our members who wish to create listings that run for over a year without renewal. Please see our Pricing page for information about listing plans.

Once you create a listing, it is active for 90 days without any further action.

Once the 90 day period has expired, you can choose to renew your listing at absolutely no additional cost for another 90 day period.

Best of all, there is no limitation on the number of times that you can renew a listing.

Within your account at A Classified Marketplace, you can easily renew your classified at any time during the active classified listing period by clicking "Extend" next to the listing of your choice. Doing this will enable a new 90 day active period for your listing.

If your listing has expired and is past the initial 90 day period, simply look near the bottom of your account with A Classified Marketplace for your "Inactive Listings" and click "Run" next to the listing of your choice. Once you click "Run", your chosen listing will automatically renew for a fresh 90 day period.
